How it all started..

Michelle grew up on the gulf coast of Florida and developed a passion for surfing when she was in her teens. She has spent the last 10 years in Central America, calling Bocas Del Toro, Panama her home.

Michelle loves the growing community in Bocas, the simplicity of island life, surfing by boat instead of a car, Local Caribbean cuisine, and of course guiding our guests to the variety of epic waves from reef breaks, slabs, point breaks, and sandy beach breaks suiting all surfing levels. This motivated her to start Bocas del Toro Surfing in 2019.

The more she traveled the more she valued local knowledge. Not only in the water, but, also to experience the local food and community authentically. So far, this all inclusive one of a kind experience is available in Bocas del Toro, Panama and in the Galápagos Islands. She has one more mystery location in the works at the moment..
